The hotel room was brand-new with a kitchen. Everyone was helpful and patient.

The breakfast they served was poor, hope one day it will be far better.

This hotel was best base for exploring Puerto Vallarta, appreciated it.

The room was new-fashioned and immaculate with a great view of the ocean and landscape. The bathroom was large, with hairdryers, terry cloth bathrobes and towels.

I had poor breakfast; it could be way much better.

Hotel was fairly clean, and the location was prime. The room was updated & immaculate with views across the bay, micro-wave, basic amenities. The restaurant was great, I ordered hot dishes.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, sky bar was nice. We were in a hurry and didn't try the pool, but it was great. Lobby was warm.

Perfect location, good value. The staff were happy to help and the hotel was funky, we loved staying in Puerto Vallarta. Large beds, free wireless internet access, flat-screen TV and large windows in the room. Satisfactory breakfast, unbeatable service.

Location and drinks are FAB, I loved extremely comfy bed. Lots of food at breakfast like fruit, meats and fresh bread. Efficient check-in, smooth check-out. Moreover it has free wifi to surf the net etc.

Facilities were elegant, nonetheless Wi-Fi was horrible.

I loved the amazingly efficient staff and the outstanding food. Optimal location, near the beach, the hill, the pier, nonetheless the area was not very good. I had some drinks at The Top Sky Bar & Restaurante, positioned 500 metres away. Had delicious drinks in the sports bar in the evening.

Wi-Fi signal was not very good, made me a little nervous.

The place was good value. Hotel was spotless, absolutely charming, had nice location and service. The bed was good and it was great having complimentary wireless internet, flat-screen television and big windows. The view here was marvellous. Glad that the weather was lovely, so I could enjoy its nice pool.

Quite comfortable location, luxurious room, very warm staff. And it also had really breathtaking view. Such a very good service too. Also, you can use free wifi in public areas.

Location was fantastic, room was lovely, good value. There was lots of options for breakfast, including cereal, fruit, breads, meats and tea, I liked it. The staff was responsive and had a few recommendations, especially about that AVERAGE restaurant.

Luxurious stay. The hotel was very fine, I loved its immaculate location and food. Restaurant staff went beyond just doing their job. Spacious bedroom with a wonderful bathroom. The bed was comfortable here.

Check-in was early, staff was fabulous. A tropical beach, absolutely breathtaking view. Location was excellent, 0.5 miles to Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz airport, perfectly reachable. High quality service provided there too.

Staff and rooms of this beach side hotel were outstanding. The staff did all they can for a fine stay. Wake up calls and ironing were available for free too. The property was an excellent base for enjoying a very nice area. The restaurant onsite was top, it served cold dishes.

It was a handy base for our unforgettable stay. Easy access to Galleria Dante and other tourist spots. The staff excellent when we had questions. Location adjacent to to mismaloya e boca bus stop, only 10 minutes walk away: D
